How It Works

1. Buy your first month. Once your order is placed, you'll get a welcome email with a Calendly link to book your Start of Month Call.

2. Book your 75-minute Start of Month Call. This is where we set the direction. We dig into where you are, where you're stuck, and pick ONE focus area to move 1% forward this month.

3. Get weekly check-in emails. Once a week for the next 4 weeks, you'll get a check-in email from Stacy. You reply with what's working, what's stuck, what's changed. We keep the momentum going between calls.

4. Decide if you want another month. At the end of the month, if Starter is working for you, you come back and buy the next month. No pressure. No auto-charge. You're in the driver's seat.

No. Starter is intentionally NOT a subscription. You buy one month at a time and decide if you want to continue. We believe in earning your business every month, not locking you in.

The month starts when you book your Start of Month Call. Most clients book within a few days of purchase. Weekly check-ins begin the week after your call.

Q: What if I need more support than this?
Starter is designed to deliver focused, manageable support. If you find you need more, reach out and we'll talk about what makes sense.

Q: Can I cancel or get a refund?
Since Starter is a one-time monthly purchase, there's nothing to cancel. If you haven't booked or used any of the included services yet and need a refund, email onepercentup@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.
