Pricebook Management

Your parts. Your prices. Your pricebook, built for you.

Already have a pricebook and supplier pricing? Send them to us and we'll customize your HVAC & Plumbing Pricebook around them, so every task is priced with your real contractor costs and your real numbers.

Requires the HVAC & Plumbing Pricebook (sold separately). Purchase the pricebook first; this service customizes your copy of it.

What's included

• Your contractor parts pricing loaded in, with each part matched to the tasks that use it
• Your current pricebook reviewed, with tasks added to or modified in the HVAC & Plumbing Pricebook
• Parts matched to tasks using AI and 20 years of hands-on HVAC and plumbing experience
• Labor times estimated using AI and professional knowledge of the trade
• One set of revisions, submitted as a single list

How it works

1. Purchase the HVAC & Plumbing Pricebook if you haven't already.
2. Choose your size based on how many tasks and parts you have. Every 500 tasks and parts combined is $199.
3. Email your files after checkout to onepercentup@gmail.com with your order number: your contractor parts price list from your supplier and your current pricebook export (Excel or CSV).
4. We build it. Your parts and tasks are matched, added or updated in your pricebook.
5. You review. Check the results and send one list of revisions.
6. We finalize your revisions and deliver your customized pricebook.

Good to know

• Each task and each part counts as one item toward your total.
• Labor times and part matches are professional estimates. You are responsible for the final review and approval of all tasks, parts, times and prices before use.
• Price includes one set of revisions, submitted together as one list.

Small Fixes. Real Progress.
