How It Works

1. Buy your first month. Once your order is placed, you'll get a welcome email with a Calendly link to book your Start of Month Call.

2. Book your 75-minute Start of Month Call. We dig in deep — where you are, where you want to be by month-end, and the small, smart moves that will get you there. We'll also schedule your two 30-minute Week 2 and Week 3 calls together right then, so they're locked in.

3. Move forward with structured support. Weekly check-in emails between calls. Two 30-minute strategy calls at Weeks 2 and 3 to keep you on track, work through real-time obstacles, and adjust the plan as the month unfolds.

4. Decide if you want another month. At the end of the month, if Growth is working for you, you come back and buy the next month. No pressure. No auto-charge. You stay in control.

Q: Is this a subscription? Will I be auto-charged each month?
No. Growth is intentionally NOT a subscription. You buy one month at a time and decide if you want to continue. We believe in earning your business every month, not locking you in.

Q: When do the two extra 30-minute calls happen?
They're scheduled at the end of Week 2 and the end of Week 3. We pre-book both of them together during your Start of Month Call, so they're locked in and you don't have to think about it. If something comes up and you need to reschedule, you'll have a direct Calendly link.

Q: What's the difference between Growth and Starter?
Starter gives you one call per month plus weekly email check-ins — perfect for testing what's possible. Growth adds two additional 30-minute calls at Weeks 2 and 3 for owners who need more consistent live support to keep momentum through a full month of execution.

Q: Can I upgrade from Starter to Growth mid-month?
Not mid-month, but you can switch tiers anytime when you come back for your next month. Many owners start with Starter, see the value, and step up to Growth for Month Two when they're ready for more support.

Q: When does the month start?
The month starts when you book your Start of Month Call. Most clients book within a few days of purchase. Weekly check-ins and extra calls follow your call date.

Q: Can I cancel or get a refund?
Since Growth is a one-time monthly purchase, there's nothing to cancel. If you haven't booked or used any of the included services yet and need a refund, email onepercentup@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.

Q: How do I book my Start of Month Call?
After purchase, you'll receive a welcome email with a direct Calendly link. Bookmark it — you'll use the same link when you come back for future months.
